New management company took over November 2009, big mistake of owner. New management staff very unfriendly, laundry room frequently left locked, trash not cleaned up, things are not fixed, and gate is never closed at night. Illegal activities occur in front of management and those tenants continue to live here. Smoking of illegal substances are done in front of children and they are being offered drugs. Partying occurs at night. Unsafe apartment complex especially families with children.
