I am tired of seeing good companies reviews drug into the dirt by people who do not understand their business model. So here's a five-star review. l have used your older model equipment they are very well built and capable machines keep up the good work.
Website and all social media claim they buy copper and aluminum cable for recycling as a B2B...but they don't, and the rep named Chris that I spoke with may be an idiot. If mgmt doesnt get him off the phone they are making a monumental mistake.
Awful customer service. Roger do not have any type of skills or attitude at the time to "sell" a machine.
Not open to the public. Does not do copper recycling. Sells machinery for companies around the world to set up copper reclamation. Giants of the industry, they are. Open to the public, they are not.
Called to ask if they bought copper. Quickly answered back with question. What company was I from. I replied, I'm not with a company. He said, sorry can't help. Didn't let me ask the a full question. Terrible servicr
