Can't really leave a review on food and atmosphere since we waited 15 minutes to be seated in a dead restaurant. Wait staff seemed clueless. After 15 minutes finally got drinks while watching other customers walk out and complaining. Then the same waitress that got our drinks came to take our order forgot to bring menus. We got up and walked out. How they are still in business is beyond me.
I am SO disappointed in this place. We were told it was a 35 minute wait. We waited over an hour and ten minutes to get seated. Our waitress took our order - two pannakaukus. A half hour after we ordered, the waitress came back and said the kitchen told her they were out of pannakauku. We specifically wanted pannakauku for breakfast but whatever. Waited over an hour for a dry food and cold hash browns. What concerns me the most are the food items sold in the gift shop. Most of it was out of date going back to 2022.
