The management is asleep. There is so much nonsense going on with residents playing the system and they do nothing about it. Like, there is a gal with 2 kids who just allowed her boyfriend, his ex-wife and HIS three kids to pile into a 2 bedroom apartment. That is 3 adults and 5 kids in a two bedroom. The noise, screaming, and drama is epic. (7540, apartment A405). Also... they have moved in without rental agreements? Think the office staff here took any notice?
