I have been coming to this clinic for a long time now to help with my various health needs. As the years have gone on some things have gotten better while other things have degraded a fair bit. I find that calling in is a mixed bag a lot of the time. The person that you are going to get is either going to be really really kind or really really rude. You will be rolling the dice on that one. Dr. Singh is fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He is exceptionally honest and does not offer prescriptions or surgery without exhausting all other avenues. The clinic is clean and everyone is friendly and more than willing to help.
I went in at 3:20 PM on a Monday after calling to see what time walk-in hours were. Phone message stated walk-ins are seen until 5PM. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting room and I was told they only had one provider that day and were short staffed, and walk-ins are only seen until 3PM (that is also what is says on their door).
