They take your deposit and and other refunds. I lived here for over 2 years before moving to Kansas City for school. I paid my full final month’s rent and was told my remaining rent and deposit would be refunded. I provided my new address when requested, but management later claimed the check was mailed to a different address “on file.” More than 35 days later, I still have not received my money. Amazing place to live, no complaints at all. 5/5 clean spot.
I just want to thank copper point landing for allowing me to host my dad‘s 90th birthday party. We had a great time. The amenities were great. This is a great place to live. I highly recommend moving in into copper point landing.
David was absolutely wonderful in helping with the whole process to get us into these apartments! They are clean and modern style with plenty to do at the club house and pool.
