Thanks to a power surge from SRP my A/C unit got knocked out in the middle of the afternoon on a very hot June day. I called the office and they had our maintenance man Craig here in under 20 minutes. He did a great job getting me back cool right away! They take A/C outages VERY SERIOUSLY here and respond right away! They also are quick to respond to all maintenance requests. Craig and Venessa make a great team in handling issues!
I appreciate the work Craig has done this week to keep me cool when my AC began going out.
I have been here about a month and so far, we are very happy with the grounds, facility, and the pool area. Craig is a lifesaver and Vanessa is the sweetest and always picks up when I call with a question. Thank you both so very much for making this apartment so homie.
