Management is a headache! Been trying to renew our lease for weeks now. The manager, Vanessa, sent an email April 18th saying she would have it to us no later than next week (April 25th). I go by the office April 30th because we still haven’t received it. She says she’ll get it to us that day and even pressures us to get it done before 5:30 that evening. We never receive it. You would think that with the high rent prices the pool would be cleaner. I will not update my review until this is taken care of disgusting not to mention Ants everywhere. And I’m pretty sure that’s algae in the spa, which means it’s going everywhere. Disgusting.
I would to say that Copper Point new management company has been very helpful. They just took over in mid December and have been great with My work orders and always very nice in the office with Vanessa the manager. I would recommend living here because it's nice area and quiet and I'm very satisfied living here. When I need help they are always there.
