I love this complex. I have been here over 19 years. About two and half years ago with in a six month time span, there were about 5 different managers here at Copper Point that just came in and left . I’m sure being a one person property is a challenge. But to see the manager now Vanessa consistently here and help me when I need help with anything makes being here all the more a pleasant experience .When I need maintenance in my apartment it gets done timely. I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. The property is always clean and well cared for, and the management team does a great job communicating with residents. Maintenance is fast and efficient whenever something is needed. The neighbors are respectful, and the environment feels peaceful and safe. The location is also a big plus. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience.
Wish I could say something better. I had a family member live here years ago and said it was good. I read the reviews about nobody showing up for a scheduled tour, I thought it was a one off.. nope it’s not. I received multiple text reminders for the tour scheduled. I got my family out, missed work, went to the complex. I arrived on time to see office doors were locked. I waited 15 minutes then I called the number on the window and on the reminders.
