Well they fixed my leak but didn't replace the light bulb over the stove.
I finally received my deposit back 3 months later, Oktober 2nd. Please be careful how you document your rental searches and just rest so that you're not a sitting target. Many unscrupulous realty agencies will pull the same stunt (see below), but there are many who do not. The apartment I rented is managed and maintained professionally. Although very friendly, the property manager’s professionalism has been problematic. Specifically, information provided has been consistently Inconsistent. Ex: -I place a hold deposit on a unit which I was told would be ready for move-in on a specific date, which I planned for, but the unit was not ready when stated. -Was told the unit would be professionally cleaned and painted, but it was not properly cleaned or painted until after follow up, further delays, and subsequent efforts. -I told the complex had no pest problems,... read more
