Edit in response to Kailey: The negative reviews are not just because of charges at move out. It was a mess from start to finish and we never should have moved-in, that was a huge error on our part. You can see the poor review my roommate (Lyman) gave shortly after move-in. I have seen reviews from other units managed by PLP and they are all very similar, so don't act like this is an uncommon practice for PLP to scam people out of money.
