After calling two other companies about my AC, which both told me they did not have any availability for two months, I called Cooper Peaks. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful and got me an appointment the same day (which I did not expect). They gave me a two hour window and they showed up on time, inside the window. We had an outstanding experience with Plumber Gentry. He was incredibly nice, communicative, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the cause of our plumbing backup, finding a rag that had become jammed in the line and was causing the issue. I use them for both my rental property and main home and they are always quick, professional, and reasonable with pricing. I’ve used them for moving plumbing, relocating my AC, general upkeep like draining my water heater, and furnace and AC tune ups and they always do a great job.
These guys rock! I had a plumber from another company check out my 1.5 year old water heater and was told that I needed a new one because of water in the pan. I called these guys for a second opinion and they let me know the water was there because of a faulty set up when installed and fixed it right there in 10 min. Saved me thousands.
The technicians did a superb job with the installation of our new HVAC system and answered all our questions. They also were so efficient in getting us our rebates from Enbridge and RM power within a month. I highly recommend this company.
