This dealer installation of this system did a horrible installation on the Goodman 96% gas furnace and 3 ton A/C which was installed in July 2025 the manual clearly was not reviewed prior to installation! This was installed in a crawlspace, so it was a horizontal left side down installation. The company was here about 8-9 hours to complete it. After we paid the next day I discovered 6 issues I wanted corrected. From a patch put on the return duct and 16x25 filter rack which I couldn’t remove the filter from and so the majori... read more
