This was my first experience with Copper & Oak - I called about some kitchen outlets that were acting up, and Chris was able to schedule me for the following day. He and his colleague arrived on time (earlier than expected, actually, after texting me first to ensure early arrival was ok) and quickly replaced the old outlets. They were friendly and professional, and price for the service call was reasonable. I'll be keeping their card on file for future reference.
