I’m new to NWA and was dreading finding a new hair person, but I’m so pumped to have found my girl on the first try!! Alexis is an absolute doll - she is honest and actually cares about the health of your hair. Shes also an amazing colorist - I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my hair literally looks like the picture. I will 100p be going back! Salon atmosphere is also really beautiful and relaxing

This was my second time visiting Copper and Oak to get my hair done and I could not be happier with the outcome! Wonderful atmosphere and incredible employees! My stylist was Kinley Bennett and she took the time to tell me exactly what she would be doing to my hair!! She did my hair for my college graduation and for an upcoming wedding and I never once was worried or questioned what she was doing! If you need a place to get your hair done with a great atmosphere and incredible people-Copper and Oak is the place to go!!

I found Copper & Oak on Google as I am new to Northwest Arkansas. I called and spoke with the receptionist that paired me with Gracen to do my weave and color. Gracen was/is awesome! She listened intently to what I was looking for and confirmed what I had indicated prior to starting my hair. Gracen is a very gifted stylist and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much Gracen!!! 🩷

I was going to Kristen Golden “Floyd” for the past 3 years, but recently the past 3 or 4 times she hasn’t been doing good. My most recent experience was horrible. She didn’t get the color or cut right after showing her a picture. She didn’t cut it even, it’s choppy and thick chunks on the sides. She is rushing to get to the next person. She has to many outside work distractions of talking on the phone.When I arrived for my appointment on time, I still had to wait 30 minutes because she was running behind. I’ve been seeing Kristen Golden for all of my hair care needs, for a few years now and I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. She consistently goes above and beyond with her service, and her expertise with color is truly impressive. I recently wanted a change, and she brought my vision to life—I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kristen’s attention to detail and her kindness, even in a busy environment, make every appointment a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely continue coming back.
