Update……after living here a year we have discovered how truly inept the onsight management team and corporate management teams truly are! They come across as helpful and pleasant, until there’s a problem, then it’s crickets and excuses! We have had a trash compactor issue since October 2025. I would give this “slum” zero stars if I could!!! This is the worst managed apartment complex I have ever lived in! We constantly have a jammed or full trash compactor and unless I call it stays that way. I have at least 100 pictures, each from a different day the compactor was jammed and trash was piled up! I’m not talking about a few bags of trash piling up, but literally 100-150 bags of trash will be sitting there and my living room faces the compactor.
