Fun update because why not. You can see all the complaints about maintenance and not getting things resolved effectively. There is one sole reason why. Steve the Maintenance "Manager". To add, the front office is great. Most pleasant group ive encountered since Atreyl worked here years ago. Story time. I had my whole apartment lose power in the night in the summer. My experience in Copper Mill Village has been good.. After a new management came in. Making sure your needs are met. Filters changed every time is due for change, neat rooms . Maintenance on point. AC works great if not it is replaced. Heat works efficiently.. I have leaved here for ten years. Outside is always kept clean. Grass cut and the whole compound is clean. All the staff are nice. The Copper Mill Village is a place today to call home.
Our washing machine has been broken for at least a month or half a month . We have been reaching out to the office but all they say is we will get it done Monday and never show up . They said they will give us a new washer last Monday and no one hasn’t brought the washing machine. This is unacceptable and not okay .
