Decent apartments however their sprinkler system is whacked. Your car will get soaked if parked near any grass. The dumpsters get full over flowing full other than that not bad! Ps note: Management will offer you nothing if your car gets wet from sprinklers and it dries hard water stains on your car .......Fyi
My aunty and uncle moved here , from Naples Idaho, very big from what I could see a nice patrolled neighborhood.
They have not dumped our trash in over a month, birds and mice are living in all 7 dumpster areas. Would not suggest moving here or even looking it’s disgusting.
There is dog poop everywhere. In the grass and sometimes ends up in the road. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and there is trash everywhere. In the hallways and in the grass in front of the units. It's very slow to get maintenance and the office almost never answers their phone. The pool is often closed because kids are disrespecting the space causing the need for maintenance.
Don’t move in here. Garbage dumpsters overflowing every week. Dog poop station never maintained and overflowing with dog poop. Sprinklers that aim to water the walkway instead of grass and you can’t help getting soaked out to your car. It’s a low income apartment and they treat you as such. You’re beneath them. Double standards, them fining you for leaving a bag of garbage out your door for a minute or if you kid takes your dog out and doesn’t clean up.
