Greens had too many marks on them,weeds,bare areas.You need to have the practice area available, cut it very early as you can.Probably will not be back for some time.
My girlfriend and I had a lovely round of golf on a beautiful course. The starter was very nice and helpful. The greens were in beautiful shape. This is one of the toughest courses around so bring plenty of balls if you plan to play. This course makes you feel like you were playing a northern Michigan course. I noticed in the clubhouse bulletin board they have specials running for ladies on Wednesday nights so I hope to return before the summer ends. Nancy
Alwaya like the greens, course, staff is very good. Only thing is, need a real club house.
Nice course. Friendly staff. Course feels like you're up north, heavily wooded and protected. 3 9's with different "themes". Course is in good condition for the most part, a few tee boxes could use some work. Course is fun, pretty challenging, and full of hazards but manageable length wise.
First time playing the course. Too many areas of trouble without knowing the course. Maybe after playing a couple of times would be a more enjoyable experience. Score card with better layout would have been helpful. I'm from the East Lansing area, better courses in my area.

I have played the course a few times. Always in good shape. One and only thing, nred a new club house.
So I been playing this course for years and I love it!!!! It's a hidden gem I tell everyone about...course is tough and always in great shape. Only reason I'm giving this three stars is because I played here a cpl weeks ago around 6 o'clock....was getting out solo just to play 9 so I went there. The starter outside was super cool and said how lucky i was because there was no one there and it was beautiful outside.
