I have been living there for 5 years, until a couple of weeks. I know different admins there over the years. This one is terrible. They are liars and dishonest. They will make you pay for things they don't provide maintenance, just to take your deposit. I got my apartment flooded more than 4 times and after 5 years they complaint about the carpet.
