The plumber from Premier Plumbing And Rodding Co came and fixed the toilet flange from my toilet and a cracked drain pipe under my kitchen sink. He was very professional, and efficient. We both took necessary COVID precautions. I would use his services again.
Worst experience ever. Crew showed up 4,5 hours after promised time. $125 automatic service charge (agreed upon). They did not have parts needed to do the job, went to local Home Depot, bought parts for $60. Total labor time 45 minutes. Final bill... $460. So, 45 minutes of labor to replace a natural gas valve behind the stove (one man working, two men cheering) was $275. The crew did not provide an invoice.
