Was ready to buy my new Beam antenna, called to order.and was told I can not ship too different address, than whats on my card !! SO I WENT TO WALCOTT RADIO. THEY WERE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. TOOK MY ORDER WITH SAME CC, AND SHIPPED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS ! NOW THAT IS A GOOD COMPANY. HELL WITH COPPER ELECTRONICS FROM NOW ON.... WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN AFTER 4O YEARS..

Just bought a cobra 29 LTD CHROME and I couldn’t be happier customer service was phenomenal they answered my emails in a very timely manner I ordered my radio on a Wednesday and I received it on Saturday.... thank you Copper Electronics!!!! I am a very happy Customer and I will recommend to all my truck driver family and I will use again!!!!

I am thoroughly disgusted with Copper Electronics. I paid top dollar to purchase 3 premade jumpers from them, not because I can not make them myself, rather because I wanted them done right the first time. I finally got around to using them and the ends fell off. I called them, and because its been more that 30 days there is little they will do for me. I emailed them 3 days ago with photos, no reply. I called them a this afternoon and the girl who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. What a bunch of crap. Buyer beware... read more

I bought a new CB radio from Coppers. The one they sent was 3 years old on the time stamp on the back of the radio. It was also out of alignment. They said I would have to contact Galaxy for help on the alignment. I did they said they could help me with the problem but I had to buy a ceramic tool kit to make the fix. Copper says the have no idea why the new radio had a 3yr old manufactured time stamp on the back.

well they sold me a radio that was DOA to me and well not stand behind it cost me 40 bucks to Aline and tune it and still sent it out not working and now i had to send it to galaxy to be fix cost me 37bucks to send it and have no idea when i well get it so i spent 320 buck for a radio i well get back when ever they fix it copper sucks to me never well buy here any more
