This veteran-owned plumbing contractor is detail-oriented, professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Once I learned that my home was built without a pressure regulator valve, Jason and his team installed a Zurn-branded valve. I checked the water pressure provided by Cleveland Water and discovered, by using a test gauge, that 90 PSI was the reading, but it should be no higher than 60-65 PSI. Jason was great! He was very pleasant and honest. It's so difficult to find a plumber who doesn't rake you over the coals. Very fair pricing and I highly recommend him.
Jason and his team were amazing, they were able to diagnose my problem with a video and quote me over the phone. This was a nonemergency issue but they still came out same day for the repair. Honest, fair and professional, Copper Edge will be my first call in the future!
Had to get rid of old cast iron and he and the team did a great job getting it out and replacing. Highly and super recommend them.
Jason and his team saved my home. I was having ongoing sewage issues and they got the problem diagnosed and corrected extremely quickly. They treated my home with respect (even going as far to take their shoes off!) You can tell they put pride in their work and care about your home like it’s their own. 10/10 all the way around.
