I received a written citation that my vehicle was parked without authorization and it was a final warning. I called and spoke to your dispatcher who said "I'll make a note of it" and didn't seem to care that I DO have authorization in the form of a parking sticker clearly displayed exactly where it is supposed to be. This is the worst company ever and I hope our HOA Management fires you. You unlawfully detained my friend and I Mr. Torjensen & Walsh for using the jacuzzi during normal operating hours. You violated our rights and you're bullies trying to handcuff us just because we wanted to leave since you didn't want to respect our rights as homeowners who have the right to use the jacuzzi during these hours. I will have my day in court with you.
An excellent company and staff. Their Patrol Officers are dedicated professionals who do the job right the first time. I will continue using their services and highly recommend them for any and all security needs.
