My wife ordered a steak and it was the wrong steak they gave her. When we tried talking to management they pretty much could care less about what we ordered and said if we didn't like what we got that we could find a different restaurant to eat at. We only wanted them to know they gave us the wrong steak and wanted what we paid for. They definitely do not care about their customers.

We had such an amazing time last night celebrating my wife's birthday at the copper dock! Sincere thanks heather for the wonderful service the food was awesome very relaxing kid friendly loved the salad bar...couldn't have asked for anything more -thank you! This IS the place to eat in the Richfield area!! We'll be back very soon :)
I haven't had a meal I didn't like or service I wasn't happy with. Wonderful atmosphere, whether you eat inside or outside. I recommend this restaurant often! Glad it's so close to home!
Went to our once a year Sunday brunch with our relatives from Florida. Sooooo disappointed. We were there when they opened so there is no excuse for the following. Eggs Benedict, ribs, liver and just about every hot dish was "barely" room temperature. The waitress and view were great as usual, but the male server at the food table pretty much called out all seven of us for lying. That really did us in. Staff not very friendly. They seem to cater to the "their" patrons.
The walleye is great. So is the perch. I Would recommend this restaurant .
Excellent evening. Food was superb. Service friendly and easy. Atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. Evening was so nice, we booked a b-day party of 14 in December. Thank you Tim and Heather and our lovely waitress Annie.
