I wasn't upset that my family waited just shy of one hour past our reservation for a table. That's what happens at good restaurants sometimes. It was on our third round of drinks at the bar while waiting that the owner of the restaurant charged me $24 for two drinks I didn't ask for and then shouted at me to "f%!@ off" when I pointed it out that I decided we would not be going back to the Plopper Dock. RecommendedSURPRISE! It was so Great! My Birthday Jan.9 and we had supper there reserved. We first were at the bar only for a couple minutes, was seated, the survice was GREAT! and the food was EXCELLENT! WE'RE definitely gonna make it back there again. Especially on a hot summer night on the deck outside. I'm soooo excited (I can't wait)
Dine in, enjoy the panoramic view at sunset and the docks appear copper, hence the name. Fantastic, delicious fare. Friendly, attentive staff and service.

Started with drinks at the bar for hubby’s birthday.. they said no rush for our 6:30 reservation but had table ready to go and told us to take our time at the bar. Asked if they would transfer our bar tab to the table and they said of course whatever you want! We were seated by the fireplace which was cozy on this chilly December night. Enjoyed a delicious dinner on the patio last night. The patio heaters kept everyone very warm in the cool fall air. the scenery was beautiful on the lake. The food was excellent.
