Fun "country" store... This is not your regular feed store, though they carry many of the supplies we need for our pets and animals. Copper Creek Mercantile is filled with many unique and whimsical items for the home and farm. It is so much fun to visit and browse. The items their are expensive, though as a specialty store that isn't really surprising. The dog food and such is only slightly more expensive than a chain store and the service is great.
Bizarre Is it a feed store or is it a garden store? This two level building has dog and cat food and garden/home accents. It's merchandised hap-hazardly and the garden and home stuff is way over priced! They have plenty of parking, but there are better stores out there.
Top-notch customer service The guys (and ladies) at Copper Creek are great. Always willing to pass along knowledge re: products, and helpful with questions. The one thing I did not like, they seem to be in the midst of changing--and that is not all of their pet food had the prices displayed. I do enjoy the fact that they carry a limited, yet wider than most suppliers around, variety of frozen raw-food for dogs. Best Outdoor/Pet Store This place is amazing--they have so much inventory it's hard to list all the categories--gardening, lawn/garden, pets, gifts. They have the widest selection of pet supplies I've ever seen and great items for lawn and garden care--lots of stuff you won't find at the big chain stores. The best part about the store is the service--the staff is there to help you find exactly what you need. I have been shopping at Copper Creek Mercantile since before they became a Mercantile. This is a fabulous store with intelligent, knowledgeable staff that always help to the best of their ability. Apart from their wonderful staff they have a wide selection of quality foods and supplies for pets/animals. They also have a great selection of plants and collectibles. I absolutely recommend this store
I went in for some cat food. The employees helped me find exactly what I was looking for and were very polite about it.
I don’t know what’s the best about your business! It’s a tie between excellent customer service, huge selection, or your knowledge on the items!
