I had my first appointment with Dr. Chen and had a great experience. The receptionist explained their estimate submission process to insurance to me, helped set up my baby in their system as well, and booked my spouse in for a weekend appointment all together. As I was a new patient, Dr. Chen and Assistant Ivy did x-rays and inspected my teeth one by one to note down exactly the status of my mouth, and was very efficient with my cleaning/descaling.
