We love our new home. Especially the walking paths and the grassed parks (our dog loves those) along with the dog stations that are located throughout our subdivision. The landscaping is so pretty and the different colors of each home add to our charming neighborhood.
Our home buying experience at Korima/Copper Creek builders has been the best real estate transaction we have ever experienced. We love our new home in the Korima development, Fruita. We had high expectations, and this home has more than delivered. The quality of construction/materials and tasteful design are top-notch. We are delighted with features we don't take for granted, like all the kitchen storage and pull-out cabinetry--huge bonus. The fit and finish on cabinets and doors is perfect.
