BOO! – First of all, my car was broken into within the first month of living here. The manager is rarely in her office. Many days I have went to the office to find a sign saying, "I'll be back at 11:00." I get there at 11:15 and the sign says, "I'll be back at 1:00." I come back at 1:30 and the sign says, "I'll be back at 4:00." I come back at 4:05 and the sign says that she won't be back until the next day. This happens over and over again.
