Living there was ok but when I moved out they took my entire security deposit of $598 and then charged me $237 on top of that. They replaced the entire carpet and charged me $700+ for it because one small spot was messed up. They then charged me $50 for some lint being in the water heater closet. This is a money hungry, not caring property. Security deposits are a scam and the company who owns this one is ridiculous. I have lived here going on 10 years and I can say it’s a wonderful place to live! Very clean and nice views, very friendly people. Everywhere has their problems, but it’s mostly quiet and peaceful. Huge shoutout to Kathy and Alan. They are the best and have helped me so many times. All staff is great, but I’ve known them this long and they are always so helpful and supportive .Thank you both. Highly recommend to anyone, ignore the bad reviews and just be a good person/tenant.
