My friend died there a few months back & the property manager lied to his grieving family about everything- telling them they needed to get his stuff out within days. Telling them they would be responsible for the rest of his lease (none of them were co-signers- the lease died with him). Harassing them. Not an ounce of compassion. I listened to the voicemails horrified. Do not rent from this place- they’re bad people 100%
reading these reviews, i simply can’t imagine that these people are living in the same place or interacting with the same staff that i have been for the last year and a half. speaking with kathy, camille, and really anyone else in the office has never been anything but pleasant for me. the apartments are spacious, they’re very nice for a price that a college student can afford, and besides 1 plumbing issue that maintenance did a great job getting here to fix, there have never been any issues. we get the most adorable newslet... read more
