I have lived here going on 10 years and I can say it’s a wonderful place to live! Very clean and nice views, very friendly people. Everywhere has their problems, but it’s mostly quiet and peaceful. Huge shoutout to Kathy and Alan. They are the best and have helped me so many times. All staff is great, but I’ve known them this long and they are always so helpful and supportive .Thank you both. Highly recommend to anyone, ignore the bad reviews and just be a good person/tenant.

My friend died there a few months back & the property manager lied to his grieving family about everything- telling them they needed to get his stuff out within days. Telling them they would be responsible for the rest of his lease (none of them were co-signers- the lease died with him). Harassing them. Not an ounce of compassion. I listened to the voicemails horrified. Do not rent from this place- they’re bad people 100%
