Beware, reckless driver. Dangerous
From the call to the repair being done ,the staff is very kind and professional. We had a leak under the kitchen sink in an 130 year old house, so that can be scary ( can of worms feelings ) he explained to me how leak can occur over time with the type of material (copper) they used a hundred years ago. That it can become problematic over time, which is understandable, nothing lasts forever. But he was honest, gave me sound advice and fixed it fast and efficiently. Technician was here 5 hours couldn’t find problem sent a bill for $600 plus. Called a competitor he found that they had installed the water tank incorrectly. I would never use this company.
Every time the tall, bald guy comes to Windsor Heights Apartments, he's smoking his cigarettes constantly, right where people are parked so we have to dodge the smoke to get in our vehicle! Also, he's always gossiping with Brian, a maintenance guy at these apartments, every time he's here, leaning on the Jeep Brian drives and in no hurry to get back in building to make repairs. He's cussing with Brian and talking as if no care in the world, while he's working the clock!
