Update 01/16/2026. So sad. First experiences at Copper Canyon were excellent. I wanted to bring my sister and nephew to try. Arrived on a Wednesday around 11 and was told there was a 60-90 minute wait. Hard pass. Went back today with my sister. Arrived at 11:20. There was an elderly couple of 2 waiting for a table. The host had her back to us and did not acknowledge us. Even though I greeted the couple loudly in an attempt to get her attention. Great place to eat when you are near the VA Hospital or on base. Since there are not many cons, let's start with them. Cons: The potato was a little raw The place was freezing! Probably because we were the first customers, they didn't have the heater on. They turn it on later.
