Amazing American food!!! Definitely beats IHOP
Lovely, quiet spot for breakfast or lunch. Brought my sister for brunch after picking her up from the airport...very convenient. Our server was pleasant. We enjoyed their fresh coffee. My husband had the cinnamon roll and a side of bacon. He said the cinnamon roll was scrumptious and better than the local competition. My sister had the carnival plate. Been coming here for years, and it was always amazing! It recently underwent a new change in ownership. I do understand that it's yours and you want to make it yours but, if something has been working for years why change it. The quality of the food doesn't taste the same nor as good. The things we liked are no longer on the menu, I understand price increase is a must. To get a cup of coffee refill is a mission on its own. This is a great cozy little restaurant with home style, cooked meals and very generous portions. The staff is friendly and they tend to you fairly quickly for as busy as they are! Two of us ate got full and still brought home food for less than thirty bucks. I'd say that's a win, so don't miss this spot.If you're ever on gibson near the base.
