I received nothing but the BEST customer support from Patrick and Misty. They always give exceptional service they go above and beyond to make sure to give all information needed. They are very knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner. The maintenance is exceptional as well, the property looks great 👍
Horrible experiencia, with my apartment. Roaches, my A/C not working and the floor all wet due to a leak I wasn’t aware. My fiancés bedroom set is broken. I have pictures and proof of everything.

Update 3 because these people don't get it! Water has been off for nearly 4 hours. They only give a 5 minute notice before shutting it off and then claim it will only be 45 minutes. It's SUMMER! We need water!! Update 2- Cutting off the water with no notice is a SAFETY HAZARD!! Today I was working with a medication that need to be washed off the hands but no water!!
