I helped my daughter move into a unit on Aug 6th, 2023; upon arrival, the unit smelled like cat urine or a powerful marijuana smell; we did our best to eliminate this, but it was not easy. Under her bathroom sink, mold was present (I have pictures). Her ceiling is falling through in two spots and has been leaking water nonstop; management has not been helpful, they are borderline rude, and they don't seem to care; at all costs, don't let anyone stay in this SUBSTANDARD apartments that cost north of $600 per person @ 1100 bed... read more

Copper Beech Townhomes My sister attends GSU and she lives in these townhomes. The staff has been very professional and the townhomes have been kept in fairly new shape (they are newly constructed).

One of the worst places to live in Statesboro Georgia. I called corporate to report issues at Copper Beech Townhomes and that's the only way things are getting fixed. My daughter's apartment flooded in August 2022 due to a roommate using the washing machine on extra large. Mold was found in the vents, furniture is nasty with pet hair and stains. Carpets stained and have pet hair. My daughter had to live in this flooded apartment for weeks before they decided to move her after several emails and myself (mother) showing up in ... read more

If I could leave a 0 stars review I would. If your student is going to College in ********** ** please do not move them here. I had a bad feeling on move in day which was Aug 6 2021. We walk in and the place was trashed and looked like people were still living there. Mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms and everywhere the air vents were. The management staff was horrible they cared nothing about the fact that the place was trashed nor were they trying to assist. If youre looking to get scammed and taken advantage of then Copper Beech is the place for you! Not only do they leave their apartments rancid for future renters, but they also make you pay for those previous damages. Im not the type of person to leave bad reviews but Ive also never had to deal with management that is so incompetent. To make it even worse, the maintenance team is practically non existent. THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE! THE ONLY THING THAT THEY HAVE GOING FOR THEM IS THAT THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST APARTMENTS IN STATESBORO. THE STAFF HAS A BAD ATTITUDE EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM OR WALK IN, THE MAINTENANCE NEVER GETS DONE, WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, THEY OVER CHARGE YOU ON "DAMAGES" THAT ARE NOT EVEN THERE, OH AND THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO MOVE OUT BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR FINALS YOU SENIOR YEAR UNLESS YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR GRADUATION DATE ISNT A WEEK LATER THEN WHAT YOU SIGNED YOUR LEASE FOR!
