This place is absolutely horrible I do not recommend living here when you move out they charge you for everything and anything. They also will lie to you in emails saying that they are charging your roommates for one number and actually charge a completely different amount and they REFUSE to give you a full statement of what you are actually paying for.
They will charge you for items that are missing when you move in. Very unsatisfied with their communication and do not recommend this apartment to anyone. We had an okay time there and rent was high but apartments are bigger. If items are not an emergency don’t expect them to get fixed at all. Expect your utilities to be well over $120 a month each even if you take short showers and never have the air on
They will overcharge you for move out costs and never actually repair anything. The floor is crappily installed and there are gaps in the trim and sealant! They don't actually paint the apartment and they just use a layer of cheap primer. The bathroom is unbelievably tiny, and mine was covered in paint splotches. You would be better off getting a two bed one bath somewhere else, as this place just is not worth it. The utilities cost 4x as much as they do at any other apartment complex in town. If you are into hidden fees, terrible WiFi, and subpar building assistance this is the place for you.💯 The apartment itself is nice for its base price but be ready for utility fees through the roof and random charges that far exceed the actual repair/labor cost. If you decided to sign the lease before reading these reviews (like I did), good luck porkchop.💪
