The most incompetent unprofessional complex you could move to in mount pleasant. Someone genuinely needs to calls the state on them or whoever handles bs apartment/management companies. Whatever these reviews are telling you ….believe them. I do not recommend this complex to ANYONE especially any college students. I tell everyone who is looking for housing to avoid them at all cost. Do not move here .
Would not recommend to anyone. Ridiculous utilities every month no matter how conservative we were- they also tell you what you can set your temperature at from time to time. No transparency from the office in terms of the endless “fees” when moving out either (it adds up to another month of rent). Difficult to contact them with any issues with their AI answering machine on the phone. This place is absolutely horrible I do not recommend living here when you move out they charge you for everything and anything. They also will lie to you in emails saying that they are charging your roommates for one number and actually charge a completely different amount and they REFUSE to give you a full statement of what you are actually paying for.
They will charge you for items that are missing when you move in. Very unsatisfied with their communication and do not recommend this apartment to anyone. We had an okay time there and rent was high but apartments are bigger. If items are not an emergency don’t expect them to get fixed at all. Expect your utilities to be well over $120 a month each even if you take short showers and never have the air on
