A horrible apartment complex designed to look like a good one. Our electric for our 4 BR 4 Bath was $412 this month. We only had the heat at 65 degrees. This would be reasonable however they did a horrible job insulating the building. Its literally under 60 degrees in my room and the heat is CONSTANTLY running. I complained once and they did nothing about it. They don't care. They probably did it on purpose. DO NOT LIVE HERE IN ANY OF THE BOTTOM ROOMS IF YOU WANT TO BE WARM AT NIGHT.
Giving this place 2 stars only because the staff(both office and maintenance) are nice and the bedroom space is good for what the rent price is. Lots of evidence of the landlord special however, white paint smeared and dripped on EVERYTHING and painted over pet hair, adhesive from old tenants, etc. Like everyone else says: Utilities are extremely expensive! This is going to be about as honest of a review as you can get. 3 stars is generous. I lived at Copper Beech for four full years. Right off the bat, the first thing I can tell you is that it’s a money pit, relative to all the other apartments in the area. If you’re okay with paying absurd electric and utility fees year round, then this is the place for you. This is my 3rd year at Copper Beech and I have really enjoyed my time here! I The staff is great and maintenance is very helpful. They even came after hours to help us with issues! I like having my own private bathroom and the large bedroom/closets. I would recommend living here to any student.
I have had such great experiences with Copper! All of the workers are nice and my apartment is great. It is very easy to contact maintenance. I also love how close I am to restaurants and stores! It makes it very easy.
