Everyone in the office was super helpful with signing my lease! I felt welcomed and heard, and all of my questions were answered. I can't wait to live at a place with an amazing and helpful staff.
Copper Beech has been a great place for me to attend college at. It’s a short distance from campus, the rooms are great, and the facilities are wonderful. My roommates have been great guys as well. The only minor complaint is that the WiFi and wireless seems to nearly die whenever I leave my apartment and go into the parking lot. But then it’s back to normal once I’m out of the lot.
The maintenance team could use more qualified people, as we’ve run into many dead ends with them and our appliances. Also, I resigned for next year and I’m not too happy that my rent is going up for the same unit with the same lame appliances. However, I do think that this is still one of the best apartment complexes for student living in mount pleasant, and the units are big.
Horrible experience.
I absolutely do not recommend anyone live in copper beech. Apartments are decent, but they charge so many fees along with rent and utilities are insane. My roommates and I are paying $150 each for utilities (4 bedroom unit, 4 people)… more than my parents pay for an entire house?! They also tow anyone unless they’re in guest parking, but if guest parking is full then you’re still getting towed.
