My experience has been really great so far. I’ve enjoyed the community very much. I love the peace and quiet, I like the location and I also like the type of apartment that I get to live in. It’s been a really good experience for me and I have renewed my lease and I can’t wait to live here again next school year.
Clean and a lot quieter compared to apartments in the area. Maintenance was usually helpful with all of my needs.
Dude in 20h smoking weed heavy every day. Complex hasnt done anything about it
Crooked bad business. Advertises individual leases but messed up my daughter’s lease so she is responsible for double the rent. They won’t correct their mistake unless she agrees to pay more! Don’t do it parents! I’ve reached out and am waiting on reply..
