I lived at copper beech during the 2024-2025 school and I would never recommend anyone I know to live there unless I hated them and wanted them to suffer all year. The place itself was not bad, but the management was HORRIBLE. Very unorganized and refused to speak to me in person. I didn’t even receive my own room key until months after I got into the apartment. Their maintenance work isn’t bad but the team members are rude. Plus, it’s sooo expensive. PLEASE rent somewhere else.
The website said they had several available so we applied and paid the application fee. As soon as we applied we got a text saying they didn't have any available until 2026! I asked them why the system said there were several available and let me apply, throwing away money, only to not have any and was just told. “Sorry for the inconvenience,” and that application fees are not refundable! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
