It's has been 9 months since I lived here but I feel like it should be noted the pros and cons and experiences I've had to make your opinion on living here: Pros: Great living space, privacy, large rooms and closets all for a reasonable cost in addition the leniency on late payments compared to other apartments. Community areas are also great Cons: If you have a worn out apartment, repairs are horrible and cheaply done, and will refuse to replace when needed and will re-use until it's impossible.
