Run away don’t walk!!!!! Make sure you take before and after photos of their property!!!!! Very disappointed with the move-out process at Copper Beech Bowling Green. After moving out, my son received a bill for $645 with multiple charges for “cleaning” and “damages,” but there was no explanation, no itemized description of what was damaged, no photos, and no inspection report provided. I’ve lived in two apartments at Cooper Beech Bowling Green, and I have nothing but respect for the team there. Whenever I had an issue, which was maybe three times out of the two years I lived there, maintenance was always there with a smile on their face to fix it. The only non-maintenance issues I had were with my first unit. My bedroom was clean, but when you move in, people may already be living there and not care for a space like you do. It's has been 9 months since I lived here but I feel like it should be noted the pros and cons and experiences I've had to make your opinion on living here: Pros: Great living space, privacy, large rooms and closets all for a reasonable cost in addition the leniency on late payments compared to other apartments. Community areas are also great Cons: If you have a worn out apartment, repairs are horrible and cheaply done, and will refuse to replace when needed and will re-use until it's impossible. Copper beech apartments are a great choice especially for students. The apartments are great in size and have so many amenities and appliances for the residents!
