I do not recommend. They will steal your deposit. DO NOT LIVE HERE, THERE ARE ROACHES AND SPIDERS THAT GET INTO THE APARTMENT. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. YOUR APARTMENT WILL BE DIRTY WHEN YOU MOVE IN. Worst place to live, when I moved in the carpets were disgusting. The leasing staff was rude and considered charging me for cleaning that should have been done prior to me moving in. Thankful my lease is almost done. They’re nice apartments but the office staff along with the manager is terrible. They’re very unprofessional and don’t care what happens to you or your apartment. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and got my apartment broken into. YELP reviews don’t lie.
I highly recommend Copper Beech, the leasing agent that helped me was extremely nice, informative, and professional. The townhomes are spacious, well maintained, and in a nice gated community. Perfect for students who are attending Fresno State because it is so close to campus and offers a shuttle service if needed.
Amazing place for a college student looking to meet new people!
These Townhomes are beautiful affordable living. The rooms stay bright and the living space is fairly large. I love using the gym at this complex because of the new updates. I feel like management is the only frustrating part of living here. Things are not organized, and the staff can be rude. The parking situation is probably worse. There's not enough guest parking slots, and too many tenants are parking in the only slots left. Also, they take a while to fix any apartment issue.
