One star is too generous. Do not make the mistake we did. If you’re reading the negative reviews and wondering whether they’re exaggerated, they aren’t. In our experience as current residents, they are factual and reflective of daily reality. A major ongoing issue has been excessive utility charges tied to HVAC problems. Please read all of these reviews and take them seriously. The apartments and clubhouse are nice, but the cleaning fees after moving are so real. They will charge you for things as small as dusting but never at a fair price. If you ask about it, they will just tell you that cleaning fees COULD be $200 or more and expect you to be thankful it’s only half of that. They also tend to stop responding to emails.
