I lived here for almost four full years and I would have given this community a five star but recently they had a few new stuffs who are pretty rude in replying emails or answering phones. The front desk stuff recently was a bit rude as well. I asked a simple question over the phone yesterday and once she heard I will be moving out, she changed her tone right away with an impatient tone.
