I have a pet which is an ESA. The review process last for half year after I submit my prescription letter. During this time, they request to talk to my therapist, question about the truthfulness of my letter, and ask many inappropriate questions to my therapist about details. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They charge you for damages you didn’t cause or they charge you more than the actual cost of the damage. The staff are not friendly. Rent is supper expensive for the house. I recently paid subleasing fee which is 600$ and not fair at all!
I lived here for 3 years. Pros: Gym, bus route, and spacious apartments. Cons: My neighbors smoked cigars on our shared porch all the time and the smell leaked into our home. They also held loud parties that caused me to be unable to sleep before exams. I was told on my initial lease signing in 2020 that I would pay the one-time pet fee and never have to pay pet rent, but they got greedy in 2023 and started charging pet rent.
