DO NOT RENT HERE – Management is disorganized, misleading, and quick to charge unfair fees. I found someone to take over my lease, but the process was stressful and dragged out because the office repeatedly misled me — saying things were “fine” and not to worry although the transfer was not finalized. Young professionals, stay away. Parents, don't put your kids here. I received a FILTHY apartment when i got my keys, a filthy apartment that i spent several days cleaning. Not only that, i had it PROFESSIONALLY cleaned spotless by a cleaning company prior to move out. I was still charged 170 USD for cleaning. What exactly needed cleaning? I will never know, as it was completely clean when i inspected it. Clearly they do not care about their tenants, and only want to maximize profit. What a disappointing experience.
This place is an absolute joke. They constantly enter your apartment, i’m being generous when I say every other week. They do send an email, so at least they’re not just entering without warning, but the amount of times they need to come into the apartment is completely unwarranted. You pay pet rent but then are asked to lock them away so that they can enter the apartment, sometimes they give you a whole week time frame that they ‘may’ enter. Nobody wants to lock their animals away in a room that often incase somebody enters... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! AWFUL MANAGEMENT & APARTMENTS! They may look nice when you go in to do the tours, etc. but help yourself and do not live here. My roommates and I went almost 5 MONTHS without A/C or heat in our apartment!!! We were consistently lied to by management, told different things by everyone we talked to in the office, with one office member stating “we should be able to handle the heat if the maintenance team is working in it”. Think twice before renting here. Management only cares about getting more money out of you, and not about giving you a decent living experience. Rain water would leak through my bedroom window and I reported it multiple times, but the issue was never fixed. I had to deal with a flooded room twice, coming back from summer break and coming back from spring break.
