I did enjoy my first year living here. However, they updated some policies and made me regret living here my second year. They were completely unreasonable and would not help find a common ground.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! AWFUL MANAGEMENT & APARTMENTS! They may look nice when you go in to do the tours, etc. but help yourself and do not live here. My roommates and I went almost 5 MONTHS without A/C or heat in our apartment!!! We were consistently lied to by management, told different things by everyone we talked to in the office, with one office member stating “we should be able to handle the heat if the maintenance team is working in it”. I really enjoyed living at Redpoint West Lafayette. I didn’t experience any of the move-out charges that other people complain about. If you actually clean your unit and touch up the paint before you move out, you don't get charged. The townhomes are spacious, pet friendly, and an excellent value for the price. The location is perfect for campus life with an easy bus route to campus, a nice deck, a washer and dryer, and furnished spaces.
