If you’re reading these reviews and thinking the crazy move-out fees won’t happen to you because you keep your apartment clean and take good care of it, that’s exactly what I thought too. I cleaned regularly throughout the year and did a thorough deep clean before moving out. Great living areas, big rooms, good location, good gym. Just expect to pay an extra month of rent in move out charges. I was charged $200 in cleaning fees because my room was "Extrememly dusty" (I wiped every surface with wet wipes and vacuumed thoroughly the day before moving out) Also in their cleaning charges they said multiple times how my room smells like wine (There was never wine in the entire apartment, or anything that could've smelt like wine in my room) And a ton of random "paint charges" and zoomed in pictures of... read more
Horrible management, I wish I never moved here. They also will have issues happen then blame you and tell you that you should be thankful that they don't charge you for their mistake. Redpoint shows no accountability or sympathy whatsoever. They will enter your apartment without notice and then claim they didn't when someone on the phone admitted it.
