Think twice before renting here. Management only cares about getting more money out of you, and not about giving you a decent living experience. Rain water would leak through my bedroom window and I reported it multiple times, but the issue was never fixed. I had to deal with a flooded room twice, coming back from summer break and coming back from spring break. I personally used to think this was a better option compared to the myriad of housing companies available to the students with promises of “cheaper opportunities” than dorms. I would recommend that you read the reviews in detail because some people genuinely just spout nonsense without viable evidence. I would not live here again. I had to request maintenance multiple times from water leaking into my room. Had a giant crack in my window and requested maintenance for it multiple times and never got it fixed. Would not recommend this place.

Review Redpoint is the most incompetent apartment complex to exist. I would give it a 0 if I could. I have been a resident since 2020, and it has gone downhill over the years with changes in ownership and management. The rest is a lost cause. The units have thoroughly received the landlord treatment and are not worth the money. They also do quarterly inspections that are incredibly annoying and they track in all kind of dirt and salt depending on the season. Absolutely disgusting management. They have zero shame scamming poor college students out of their money. The move-out and utility charges are INSANE. Beware, they will make up anything and write it down as your move-out charges, even if more than half of it makes zero sense. Also, did I mention that they were never transparent about the fact that they divide electricity uses and costs amongst all residents, so some residents end up paying much more than their actual use.
