I’ve gone here a handful of times. This last time was the worst experience. I don’t know the guys name that did my nails but he was so rough. Every single one of my cuticles is cut up, and he kept smacking my hands like it was my fault. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to change the color of my nails, he just put the same Jude pink that was under my French tips and sent me on my way. Always a great experience.
The staff were extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Not only did they do a poor job, but they also overcharged me—adding about $40 for no valid reason. I chose not to argue and left quietly. What hurt even more was the clear difference in how they treated me compared to other customers. It honestly felt like they resented serving someone with brown skin—as if helping me bruised their ego. I will not be returning. If you check previous reviews, all Indian names encountered same experience.
