Called in the morning and service tech, Danny, showed up at lunch. I had been having intermittent issues for a while and afraid my units that were 14 years old might be failing and were going to be a major expense. Danny was determined to find the problem and located a damaged wire that was causing failed communication with the thermostat. Coppell Heating and AC have always been prompt and efficient. We have used them for years at two homes. The annual service contract is great, they always remind me when it's time for a check up.
We had an issue with hot air blowing out of our upstairs AC. Danny came out and found the issue. Due to being an older system, he was honest about charging quite a bit for repair vs changing out the entire system. Danny, Cross and Austin came out the next day and changed out the entire thing working professionally and diligently on it to completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services. Cross was the technician who came out, and he was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he noticed a small crack in one of the fittings for the drain pan and fixed it on the spot. Because of this excellent experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any of my future HVAC needs!
