I called at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon and Isaac came out an hour later and my air was back on. He explained everything and gave me some helpful maintenance tips. My family has been using Coppell Heating and Air for many years and they are always friendly and professional.

Danny did a great job fixing the 2 airconditioners. He came out the next day (I called late) and diagnosed the damage from the lightning. He got the Trane board from Trane and returned and replace the board and restripped two shinged control wires. He also was able order and replace the vintage (27 years old) control board from Carrier. He was very polite, honest, and fast at a very reasonable price.
We were lucky to have found them when we moved to Coppell about 20 years ago and have never used anyone else since. Always prompt, great communication by email, text and phone. Have an emergency? You better believe they are right on it, and we have had a few over the years. June 20th, 2025, Friday evening our old AC finally gave up the ghost.
