Friendly and down to earth.
I haven't even purchased a door yet, so this review is about customer service and communication. I called asking about having an interchangeable storm/screen panel on the top of the door and roughly how much it would cost. 25 minutes later, and after the guy telling me how wonderful the company is and how they service movie stars, the military, and they listen to their customers and do quality custom work, yadda yadda (all of which is irrelevant to my specific door), I STILL did not have any concrete answers. Ordered a beautiful door and Coppa delivered. Months later I rescued a St. Bernard and called Coppa to see if they’d help restructure the door to include a dog door. They gladly did and the process was very nice. Thank you!
