Front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a great location right next to Prudential and Copley Center as well as very close to Newbury and Boylstone streets. Rooms are small and the overall hotel and furnishings are very old and dated. Beds were very comfortable and clean. No restaurant or room service.
Parking is a big problem, also rooms tiny
0/5 Stars. DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID LEGAL HEADACHE DUE TO INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLIGENCE. Not only did housekeeping disregard the “Do Not Disturb” sign but banged on my door early in the morning. Then, when I left the hotel room to work for the day, my personal belongings and valuables were MISSING upon my return. I had not checked out of the hotel room.
