Room was small and a little tired. No view from the room. No breakfast available. Great location close tl Copley Square.
It's central location is great. You can walk almost everywhere. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store within a 5 minute walk
The world smallest queen bed lol Great location Great value Staff was amazing but a small comfy chair in the room would be nice
Last year I accidentally double booked for a night due to internet connectivity issues. The manager at the time told me that while they couldn’t refund me they could give me a room for free in the future to make up for it. I recently got in touch because I needed a room for the night. They told me they wouldn’t honor that and the best they could do was offer me a room for their “best rate,” which was above what I could get it for just by looking online. Awful service.
