Perfect hotel central to everything. We walked from here to the freedom trail, art museum, and several other Boston attractions. The decor is beautiful, very clean and modern design. Would absolutely stay here again.
Bed bugs in the room
A wonderful hotel perfectly located near shopping, the Boston Commons and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The shower is a little small but the hotel in general is excellent. I will stay again on my next trip to Boston
Stayed at this hotel the price would have fine if it had some perks. for 600 the room was tiny and didn't give you complimentary breakfast. At the Best Western I paid a little bit less and they gave you complimentary breakfast maybe it's just because of the location I'm not sure. it was a cute place I just wish they'd been cheaper. They had a kitchen that's supposed to have cutlery but there's over six or seven drawers that were completely empty it had no cutlery for food when the drawers listed that on it cutlery. the sink ... read more
