horrible, rude management. I lived here and I will not recommend to any one. avoid at all costs
The Copley group does a terrible job of managing their business. I lived on 11 Queensberry for 1 year, and there were issues with the fire alarms going off multiple times in the middle of the night with no apology. They had installed a fire alarm system even the fire apartment couldn’t turn off. There was loud construction the entire year we were there. There was never an apology for the inconvenience. Please live under their management company if you wish to continually be disturbed by this management group sending people into your apartment with no prior notice. With recent news of Miya M., a young women who was reported missing in Florida and now her body has been found with the suspect being a Maitnence man from her building, I can no longer be silent on Copley’s complacent attitude about my safety and the safety of their residents.
