I seen the review that complained about rent increase I know as a customer for ten years they always sent a letter way in advance to all the customers about the rent increase I received mine and it was in the range of all the other storage facilities in the area actually still a little cheaper still. The manager there is extremely rude. I called when I noticed my credit card processed for an unauthorized amount. She immediately became rude and I advised her to tone it down no need for the attitude. I merely called to state I did not receive notice on any rate increase and they did not have the authority to charge my card for anything other then what I signed for. I advised her to have owner call me and she hung up. I have a signed form on file for what they are allowed to do and they are in violation of this. I asked her... read more
