I can’t thank the ER enough - I was in so much pain - NMC was not helping so I drove the hour to Copley - thank you for treating me like a patient and not just a customer, I’m feeling better now
Copley is a fantastic local hospital that punches well above its weight. The staff is incredible, and they treat you like family. If you have to go to the ER, you are generally seen very quickly. And there is no place else I would rather have surgery due to Copley's microscopically low infection rates.
We went to Copley hospital when my daughter ran into the grill and cut her head open. We were seen quickly and the doctor cleaned her cut and glued it. The doctor was kind, reassuring, and provided excellent care. Thankful to have this hospital close to home.
Wonderful community hospital!
Wife went in for a consultation. She was made to wait in multiple waiting rooms for 3 hours. Dr said he had no idea what it was and just to wait. Charged thousands (AFTER insurance) due to the multiple waiting rooms and various doctor fees. Watch out for this scam.
