The billing department is awful! Mailed the bill to themselves several times before we received it second hand🤣. Then told my wife our insurance wasn't good there, then told myself that our insurance didn't work with them. After a short talk with our insurance company we found out that they never received any claims and that our insurance covered 70% of emergency services due to our policy. I spent four days here at Copley and everybody was fantastic. They made my stay comfortable. The ER was very professional and very fast. The nursing care was excellent. I even have to say the food was good very impressed. They’re testing their imaging their x-ray CT scan their bloodwork all up to date everything was so timely and kept me informed on everything. I give them a five star rating.
My grandpa said it’s good. They had him in and out before the scheduled time of his appointment.
As I prepare to return to my current day job, and the last of my pain seems to be easing; I am reflecting on my need, fear, and critical option to do something for my inguinal hernia.
