This is a belated review but I want to thank the nurses from Copley’s ER room and orthopedics department from spring 2024. My break was an accident that put me under a lot of stress. All the nurses went above and beyond to provide urgent care for me the night before surgery and after. They are not only highly professional but also wholesome human beings. I had shoulder surgery on Wednesday, Apr 16, with Dr Macy. The experience could not have been more pleasant. To a person, the entire care team was caring, professional and thorough. Thank you!
Admitted to the ER in the middle of the night for an accident while on vacation. I received great care from the staff and Dr. Putnam!

I went in with a fever. I left with a fever and a $6000 bill, of which I had to pay $1600. I saw my regular doctor the next day. I was out in 15 minutes and knew what was wrong without chest x-rays or a CT scan.
