Recently have been getting my cat Vincent seen here. Brought him in for something small, they found something bigger. Immediately gave me materials to bring home, information on cost, etc. Vinny now needs teeth out and they gave me a full quote sheet on pricing for every level of care/need. Dr. Ashley is incredible and so kind and the staff is all so knowledgeable and friendly. These people LOVE their jobs and provide prompt, informed care.

Prices went up significantly after new management/ownership?. $120 for an office visit. 6 mo supply of pet meds went from around $200 to $250-ish AFTER rebate. Fecal sample test over $100. $130 for blood workup. I was informed via email/text that both my animals were 'due' for shots. Brought the cat and dog for it. Turns out cat wasn't due for anything but they charge a full office visit for each one; basically $120 for them to love on my cat, plus $120 for the dog visit, plus STANDARD vax update. $750 later and I'm supposed... read more
Was dissatisfied with the the service. They pushed procedures and testing not necessary. The veterinarian that I saw did not talk about why we were there. Had the assistance do all the explaining but only about what they pushed and prices. When scheduling for special testing scheduled test then came back several times and said we can not do this time. They’ve been doing a great job with my senior/geriatric cats. They take the time to talk through treatment options and explain without being patronizing.
