Can't imagine traveling to the area and not eating at Copita. The food is fresh and delicious. So much variety! And the atmosphere is just right. Definitely try the ceviche, best I've ever had!
Love it. Great twist on modern Mexican cuisine, I'm from Texas and it was very interesting the difference between California and Texas version of modern Mexican cuisine.
