CoPilot Coffee has become one of my favorite spots in Waukesha. I really like that they feature coffee from local roasters and rotate what they’re brewing, so there’s always something different to try. I also have to mention the peanut butter energy balls — I’m hooked! They have several different varieties, and although all the baked goods look delicious, I can’t seem to get past the energy balls! Latte was good. Breakfast burrito, not so much. It was cold, very dry, and a microwave was used to heat up ingredients I will stay away from the food

Coffee Passport 2026 This is a cute little Coffee shop. It wasn't what I expected going in after reading that it was aviation themed, it is quite charming. Stopped for breakfast on our way up north to coffee shop hop for the week and was glad to do so. Between two of us we got the Wisconsin Maple Berry Latte, two Peach Cobbler Lattes, and two Maple Breakfast Biscuits. The sandwiches were tasty worth a good sweet/ salty/ savory balance.
