We've had a few issues with our Lexmark copier, but Sarah has been phenomenal about making things right. Parts and a servicer arrive within days, follow ups are done regularly to assure things repaired. And every time I call her, she's bright and happy - much preferred to the robot at "the other" place!
All the staff at Utah copiers are awesome, they always answer the phone, everyone is extremely polite and professional. The service department comes out the same day you call. Awesome company!!!!!!
My wife had a nice older printer that was having issues printing black. Changed the black cartridge sever times and would not fix the problem. Brought it into this place and they fixed it right up. Small place that you wouldn't notice driving by, but they know what they're doing! Place was filled with refurbished printers. I also enjoyed the funny printer memes on the wall. Will be back if our printer ever dies again.
