OMG. COPIC is the worst! I should have dropped them sooner. They never were helpful. My call was always somehow an intrusion on their day. Most recently, I received repeated incorrect/bad information from Teresa. it takes two to three messages/emails each time to get a response. Good luck if you choose to do business with them!
