Finally found a great dentist!!!
Terrible customer service. I called to ask if they perform root canals and crowns, and the Spanish-speaking receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. She couldn’t even tell me if they offer those procedures and acted like helping a potential patient was an inconvenience. I am a paying patient, not asking for free treatment. Dental work can cost thousands of dollars, and this is how they treat people before they even walk through the door. From Dentist to Staff, everyone is polite and respectful. The smiles they put on your face is unmeasurable. I’ve been a client for years. Dr. Mariam Faiq work is wonderful. I highly recommend getting anyone for dental care here.
