When I set the appointment I asked upfront is this a case they’d take on and was told yes, to one part, probably not on the other. But when I get there (Sergio was 30 minutes late btw), he barely let me outline all the details of the he case, before he started saying everything I already know and then to say the best bet would be small claims. Waste of time.
I scheduled an appointment with Catina a few days in advance. Was asked repeatedly if I was OK with the $250 consultation fee. Replied affirmative each time, and ended up with no appointment after a few days. If you need something handled quickly, this is not the firm to go to. They cannot seem to handle appointments without repeating questions and disregarding previous answers.
