We had terrific help finding the chairs we needed. Copenhagen Imports went out of their way to wrap the chairs as we had requested. Such a great store, their staff is cheerful and very helpful without being pushy and their delivery personnel are top notch. An all around first class operation. We have always had a good experience when dealing with Copenhagen. This time was no exception.
We sometimes wonder why we go anywhere else. Copenhagen has our style, the sales people are always helpful and friendly, never pushy, and the delivery people are very careful with both the delivered items and the surroundings they're delivering to. Tucson is fortunate they are located in our city.
The people were helpful. Gave us time to look but were around when we had questions. Delivery personnel were very professional. The products are excellent. Pricey, but very good quality. Still have a chair from there that I bought 20 years ago. Still looks great.
