Five years ago I had surgery at the **********************. At that time my fiancee visited me during my recuperation. We visited many furniture stores in the Phoenix area in anticipation of our wedding. We were not pleased with what was available, until we found Copenhagen. The products are superb. I can truly tell the quality of the couches that I bought. I love the sofa bed. It was not the same as the other sofa bed that I tried before. With Copenhagen sofa bed, it comfortable because the mattress is think enough for you not to feel the metal parts underneath it. The customer service personnel are friendly and helpful.
I have recently moved into a new home and wanted to change my style a bit to more contemporary. Copenhagen was a wonderful resource and I was able to shop there safely during the pandemic. They have great selections and my sales agent, Tamra, at the Scottsdale store was very helpful. I will definitely be back and continue to shop there in the future.
The two Stressless chairs we purchased are perfection. Susan, at Copenhagen’s Tempe/Chandler store gave us great service in helping us select the chairs and right up through getting the chairs to our home. Thank you!!
Absolutely amazing service, we furnished over half a large house, Mark was so helpful and made the process easy and provided great service and support. This company gets customer service! You are better of spending a little more for great service excellent quality versus all the other low end furniture at high price !
